Chris and I both decided to dig in on the 2B Mindset principles and lifestyle in the fall of 2018, and it did NOT disappoint!
Initially, this program felt a little too “simple.” I will be the first to admit I thought it wouldn’t work, but was pleasantly surprised at how much I learned about my body – like SO much more than I ever knew about it – and how much we were BOTH able to sustain healthy weight loss while traveling, living in different countries, and through many holidays!
Anecdotally, by using the 2B Mindset principals and tracker, I learned that I can eat all the White and Wheat Bread and maintain weight loss, but the second I throw some sprouted anything in there (the “healthier” option), I bloat up a few pounds! So interesting and such a testament to the fact that everyone’s body is different, and what works for someone else, may not be the healthiest and best option for your body!
This program truly has provided so much freedom for both Chris and me. It has empowered us both with knowledge we didn’t know we needed about our bodies.
